The Commercial Indirect Sales Manager is a key position on the LifeEnergy Retail Commercial Sales team. This position is responsible for delivering commercial sales growth in the small and medium commercial markets by building and managing a business through commercial broker channels.

The Mass Market Channel Sales Manager is a key position in the LifeEnergy Retail Mass Market Sales team. This position is responsible for delivering residential sales growth by building and managing a business through door-to-door, residential brokers, telemarketing, and other third-party channels.
We are currently looking for a CRM / Customer Retention Marketing Program Manager for the LifeEnergy Retail Marketing team. This position will be responsible for defining the strategy and executing customer relationship, loyalty, onboarding and retention programs and campaigns. This role will be responsible for creating the complete customer lifecycle, communication management, data processes, and workflows. Additionally, this role will manage the loyalty program including the marketing, processing, and fulfillment of rewards.
LifeEnergy is looking for a highly motivated team player to bring knowledge of deregulated energy markets and execution excellence to LifeEnergy. The individual will be responsible for execution within the following areas: load forecasting, hedging strategy, hedging execution, validation of forward price curves, risk management, financial analysis, and revenue forecasting for retail electricity and natural gas.
The Customer Retention Specialist is responsible for driving customer experience and retention related activities. The individual will support internal stakeholders with actionable, efficient, and timely reporting and analysis to drive retention goals. In addition, the individual will assist in developing and executing targeted campaigns based on customer lifecycle and critical trigger points, including planning, implementing, and executing on such campaigns, as well as assisting in defining customer segmentation.
The Data Analyst will support internal stakeholders with actionable, efficient and timely reporting and analysis to drive performance goals. The individual will provide feedback, insight, and direction to support marketing and sales personnel.

This position requires an individual with strong Microsoft SQL Server coding and report development. The candidate will be responsible for building new data structures using business requirements as well as developing enhancements to existing data structures and processes.
